Thabiso Molefe, Team Lead (QuickBooks Pro-advisor)
Thabiso Molefe has been working with small and medium enterprises for more than a decade, as part of his work he has accustomed himself with the business regulatory framework of Botswana. Mr Molefe is a Certified QuickBooks Online Pro-advisor, he attained this status in 2016. Mr Molefe worked for Hollard Insurance as a Graduate Trainee- Accountant for 3 years and then Co-founded Finlight in 2010, which is a BICA registered accounting firm. Finlight is an accounting firm which focuses on delivering accounting services through the best online solutions; Finlight is part of the Firm of the Future movement, client accounting systems are optimized through the leveraging of Software As A Service (SAAS). Mr Molefe has managed to achieve Elite Partner Status (toptier) with Quickbooks with On-Basic and Finlight, the companies have risen from Silver, Gold and Platinum Partner. Mr Molefe is working with and has implemented Quickbooks Online on over 100 existing clients, he works closely with the Quickbooks team based in London.
Laone Ngombe, (QuickBooks Pro-advisor)
Laone joined Finlight on the 1st February 2020 and has been with On-Basic from the start of business, he is a currently enrolled in CIMA expected to complete in 2023, he is a Certified QuickBooks Online Pro-advisor. His role has been client on-boarding and training. Laone has a vast experience in MSP products which he gained during his time at ITWORX thus making him a valuable asset to On-Basic in business development, training and client support/ engagement scope. He has expertise in the roll out of emerging technologies through his tenure as the Product manager of Mpotsa under Brastorne and is keen on applying it in Accounting and Management
Tuduetso Faith Molefe, Information Systems Analyst (QuickBooks Pro-advisor)
Tuduetso holds a Bachelors Degree (Hons) in E-Commerce and an Associate Degree in Business Information Systems from Limkokwing University, she has been working for Finlight for 5 years and has been involved in Information Systems design and implementation of projects, such as the successful role out of online Payroll solutions with Praxima Africa, which offers payroll solutions in South Africa, Botswana, Malawi and Nigeria. Tuduetso Has also achieved more than 17 badges with Salesforce trailhead.
